In-Kind Donations
The FTWFC Resource Store is stocked with community donations that directly impact those involved in the child welfare system. We accept the following items:
NEW OR IN GREAT CONDITION

Clothing (newborn-adult)

Shoes (all sizes)

Furniture (strollers, cribs, beds, bouncers, highchairs, changing tables, etc. )

Bags (reusable bags, backpacks, diaper bags, duffle bags, etc.)

Blankets
NEW AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, deodorant, toothpaste, lotion, etc.)

Pillows

Diapers/Pull-Ups/Wipes

Formula

Undergarments (underwear, socks, bras)

Donations are accepted year-round. Because we are a donation-based organization, we are always in need of community donations. If you are interested in donating to The Fort Worth Foster Closet, please fill out the donation form listed below. A team member will contact you upon completing the form.
Amazon Wishlist
Our Amazon Wishlist is a collection of our greatest needs for the closet. Items from the Amazon Wishlist are delivered directly to our doorstep allowing FTWFC access to them immediately. Many of our wishlist items are items that are required to be new and in original packaging for the families we serve.
If you would rather go shopping in-store for items on our wishlist, you can set up a donation appointment at anytime to drop off items. The Amazon Wishlist can give you an overview of items that we need or you can view our accepted donations above. We are always in need of donations for our Resource Store!
Monetary Donations
Monetary donations allow The Fort Worth Foster Closet to maintain our Resource Store and foster an environment that will best support and meet the needs of community children and families. Monetary donations help us maintain our physical space and operational expenses such as laundry expenses to wash all donations. Along with that, they help us meet any unique needs or requests that families might have.
